Aleph, named after the first letter of the Phoenician alphabet, is our first Lebanese Terroir beer. It's a specialty ale that was brewed using Carob molasses from Mount Lebanon. This unique ingredient imparts distinctive characteristics to this beer.
Aleph carries the aroma of red fruits, sustained by clove scents. The taste offers a sweet, nutty flavor with an intriguing aftertaste of dark chocolate and warm alcohol notes.
Roast Turkey, Raclette, and Pierrade are excellent choices for pairing with Aleph. This beer packs a punch with an alcohol content of 8.5%.
