Aromas & Flavors: A medium olive fruitiness reminiscent of early harvested olives. Its aroma is definite and delicate with a trace of cut grass, green tomato, fresh banana, and green apple. Medium intensity of pungency and bitter taste of artichoke, arugula, chili pepper, fresh almond closure.

Taste: Rich and well balanced between the bitter (4.8/10), the fruity(4.2/10) and the pungent (5/10).  Pleases all palates.

Acidity:  0.2%(max 0.8 %)
