Alipús San Miguel Mezcal 70cl

Alipús is an artisanal mezcal from Los Danzantes, a cooperative of food lovers and mezcal producers. San Miguel is made from espadín and arroqueno agave grown above 1,800m in the the Sola de Vega region of Oaxaca. Roasted in underground ovens, crushed with a tahona, fermented with natural yeasts, and distilled in traditional clay pot stills. This is a rare and collectible agave spirit.
