Being originally from the Alsace region of France, the Khoury family wanted to make a wine from a blend of different grape varieties traditionally used in the Alsace white wine industry. This dream was made to accompany famous traditional dishes like quiche and sauerkraut.
Clear and bright clean wine, with pale gold color. The nose is open, fresh with pineapple notes and citrus fruits such as tangerine and grapefruit. The palate is soft, light, and fresh, where we'll find the grapefruit with a blend of rosewood.
The final leaves a very nice impression in the mouth with a feeling of velvet. Overall, a nice balance coupled with a good length.
