TASTE PROFILE
Color : Precious topaz with gold patina.
Nose : Citrus fruit layered with peach and mango introduce an intense sensation. Flowering honey soon emerges from a lightly wooded field of nutmeg and lightly peppered notes.
Palate : Rising fruit notes create a citrus explosion of lemon and pear. Grilled almond, popcorn and paprika complete the evolution.
Result : Intense, spicy, woody.
SYMBOL The label depicts a plantation where oxen pull a plow through the earth to remember that Trinidad was an important land for sugar cane cultivation before rum was introduced. The Frieze highlights a red ibis, symbol of the island of Trinite also present on the coat of arms of Trinidad and Tobago.

TASTE PROFILE
Color : Gold patina with amber glints
Nose : Intense and complex, greets with fresh fruit and earthy notes enhanced by a woody luster. Raison notes surface from the gentle distillation.
Palate : Significant and powerful, playing with pastry and fruit notes of peach, banana, prune and walnut. Cinnamon, nutmeg, pepper, clove and vanilla contrast the dance of flavors.

TASTE PROFILE
Color : Deep gold
Nose : Complex and delicate, it starts with nutmeg, vanilla, oak and citrus. Then it becomes more floral with honeysuckle and spicier with delicate notes of cinnamon and cloves.
Palate : Round and elegant, it follows the nose with more fruity profile on passion fruit. Then it evolves on butterscotch and Virginia tobacco. Long finish and quite dry on milk chocolate. SYMBOL The label shows the Morgan Lewis mill, the last active sugar cane mill on the island. The trident found on the frieze is reminiscent of the flag of Barbados, a symbol of independence and a bright future.

PLANTATION PANAMA 2004

TASTE PROFILE The nose opens with floral notes such as violet developing deeper fruit notes including red berries, plum brandy and exotic fruits with a finishing touch of vanilla and cinnamon. The first palate reveals light exotic fruit notes giving way to raisin, butterscotch with a touch of cinnamon and exotic wood. This is a delicate rum with a medium texture and medium to long finish. SYMBOL The label highlights Panama Viejo and its Cathedral, the remaining old city of the country’s capital. In the frieze, Panama’s coat of arms is referenced behind a cornucopia, symbol of abundance.
