LEJAY MULLED WINE (7 people)
1 part LEJAY® Cassis
A bottle of Red Wine (Pinot Noir)
Star anise
Cinnamon
Clove
Ginger
Orange peel
DIRECTIONS
Low heat a bottle of red wine (Click for Pinot Noir selections at Enoteca) for 7 to 10 minutes with: star anise, cinnamon, clove, ginger, and orange peel.
Add 30ml of LEJAY Cassis directly to a mulled wine glass and top with the hot wine.
Stir gently and garnish with an orange slice.
