The appellation Muscadet Sèvre and Maine sur Lie is the wine par excellence of the Nantes region. It owes its name to the two rivers which cross this ideal soil for the culture of the grape variety Melon de Bourgogne. As for the mention "on lees", it indicates that the wine has spent the winter (neither more nor less!) In tank on its fine lees of fermentation what gives him all its richness and its aromatic complexity. Food and wine As an aperitif, it will accompany perfectly rillettes or small fried fish. As a starter, it will delight salmon tartar lovers. The muscadet will satisfy lovers of seafood platters and grilled fish for the main course. For those who want to exotic, we recommend sushi. Sensory examination Dress: Beautiful color. Light yellow color with bright reflections. Nose: Delicately fruity aromas with citrus notes and mineral notes. Palate: Due to its aging on lees, the palate is lively, supple and round, with a great liveliness.
